Reservation may be made online at www.SonsGeronimo.com or calling 877-577-7667 . The Renter/Responsible party must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent (though exceptions are sometimes granted by calling us.  Families are encouraged to stay.    

 -More than 15 days notice prior to the booking date: 90% refund or credit 

-Between 7 and 14 days prior to the booking date: 50% refund or credit

-Less than 7 days notice prior to the booking date: No refund or credit

-Same day reservation - no refund will be given (less than 7 days)

We accept cash onsite as well as Visa, Master Card and Discover credit cards. All payments should be made in US Dollars.  

Yes,  50% is due at time of booking to make a reservation.  The remaining balance is due 7 days before arrival. 

 A pre-authorization of $200 is due 1 day before arrival and released 1 day after departure if:

1. No damage is done to the Property or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
2. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
3. All debris, rubbish inside and outside of Unit is discarded and placed in garbage cans.
4. All dishes are washed and put away prior to departure.
5. All keys are left in the lockbox and unit is left locked.
6. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
7. No linens are lost or damaged.
8. No early check-ins or late check-outs were made (unless approved by management).
9. The Renter is not evicted by the Management (or representative of the Owner), including but not limited to local law enforcement.
10. There has been NO SMOKING in the Unit. If we find any evidence of smoking inside the home, the Responsible Party will be charged $200 (two hundred dollars) minimum.

No, guest/renter may use the property as a private residence only. While we understand that you may have additional guests over, no parties, large groups or additional overnight guests are allowed exceeding the maximum occupancy.  All guests must be registered and sign a liability waiver. Exceeding the maximum occupancy or having parties/large groups at the property will be reason for eviction without reimbursement of rents and deposits. The total number of guests or Maximum Occupancy allowed by Renter to occupy or use the property are as follows: 6 Guests per Birdhouse Cabin, 4 Guests per Glamping Cabin.

No, we love pets but unfortunately our insurance does not allow them.   

There are no life guards on duty,  no fence or barrier restricting persons from entering the water and no depth signs. Under water hazards may exist and swimming is at your own risk. Renter is responsible for the safety and well-being of all guests and is responsible for keeping a close watch on all swimmers as well as non-swimmers or persons who may enter or accidentally enter the water. Should the Renter/Responsible party be absent from the Property for any length of time, it is his/her duty to designate another person within his/her party for this responsibility.  

No, it is self-check-in, each vacation rental unit is clearly marked and  has a smart key pad lock.  You will be e-mailed access instructions as well as instructions to download our hassle free check -in app.  The access code will be e-mailed to you as well as be available on the check-in app at 9:00 AM on the day of your arrival.  Our onsite attendant lives onsite should you need anything during your stay.

Unfortunately they are not.  Being built close to the creek, we had to build them high in the air to keep them out of the flood plane.   

Yes, the Geronimo Creek is a beautiful natural attraction, but is subject to occasional wet-weather flooding during heavy rains. The living areas of the Unit are built above the flood-way though the parking spots may not be. You are responsible for monitoring the weather and heeding all warnings, watches and precautions.  Obviously, this occurrence is rare and will not likely affect your stay.
