  • Reservation may be made online at www.SonsGeronimo.com/book-now or calling 877-577-7667. The Renter/Responsible party must be 25 years of age or older unless accompanied by an adult guardian or parent.  Families are encouraged to stay. 

  • Yes, 50% is due at time of booking to make a reservation.  The remaining balance is due 7 days before arrival. 

  •  -More than 15 days notice prior to the booking date: 90% refund or credit 

    -Between 7 and 14 days prior to the booking date: 50% refund or credit

    -Less than 7 days notice prior to the booking date: No refund or credit

    -Same day reservation - no refund will be given (less than 7 days)

  • We accept cash onsite as well as Visa, Master Card and Discover credit cards. All payments should be made in US Dollars.

  • No, we love pets but unfortunately our insurance does not allow them.

  • No, guest/renter may use the property as a private residence only. While we understand that you may have additional guests over, no parties, large groups or additional overnight guests are allowed exceeding the maximum occupancy.  All guests must be registered and sign a liability waiver. Exceeding the maximum occupancy or having parties/large groups at the property will be reason for eviction without reimbursement of rents and deposits. The total number of guests or Maximum Occupancy allowed by Renter to occupy or use the property are as follows: 6 Guests per Birdhouse Cabin, 4 Guests per Glamping Cabin.

  • Unfortunately they are not. Being built close to the creek, we had to build them high in the air to keep them out of the flood plane.

  • Below is a list of suggestions that may be helpful to you as you are planning your trip.  Keep in mind, Seguin is only 4 miles away and has an HEB, WALMART, Home Depot and many other stores should you forget anything.

    • Soap, Shampoo, Conditioner

    • Paper towels

    • Firewood

    • Fishing poles, tackle and bait

    • Lifejackets

    • Charcoal, lighter fluid, matches

    • Water shoes or rain boots

    • Tubes, floats, noodles, rafts, etc.

    • Camp chairs

    • Bug spray

  • Yes, our kitchens are stocked with all kitchen necessities you would need to make your meals. If you require any necessary kitchen gadgets that you are unsure we have, please bring them with you or please ask us if you forget anything.

  • The gameroom and hot tub are available for our guests between the hours of 7:30 a.m. and 11 p.m. You are welcome to utilize these areas during these times.  

  • There are no life guards on duty,  no fence or barrier restricting persons from entering the water and no depth signs. Under water hazards may exist and swimming is at your own risk. Renter is responsible for the safety and well-being of all guests and is responsible for keeping a close watch on all swimmers as well as non-swimmers or persons who may enter or accidentally enter the water. Should the Renter/Responsible party be absent from the Property for any length of time, it is his/her duty to designate another person within his/her party for this responsibility.

  • Yes! Our guests get free use of kayaks, paddles & paddle boards during their stay. Please note that our creek is SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK AND NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. We ask that you use our provided lifejackets or bring your own if you will be paddling in our creek. Please do not take our kayaks or paddles off site.   

  • Yes, you are welcome to use any of the firepits and and picnic areas located at Son's Geronimo. Please ensure all fires are extinguished after each use and monitor any flammable items or young children near open flames.

  • Yes! Son's Geronimo has super high speed fiber optic Wi-Fi in each cabin with smart TVs to stream your favorite shows!
